Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs related fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on an item is permitted, but wearing the item beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return items are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@annawilliamtoronto.ca within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Please note that our suppliers are located internationally, including China.

  3. The item must be shipped back entirely at your own expense, including shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and delivery confirmation.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the supplier’s return address and inspected for compliance with our return conditions, the refund will be processed.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return has been accepted.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned item does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be partially approved or denied.


Liability and Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments if tracking indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided.

  • If an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. After this period, changes may no longer be possible due to order processing.
